Universal Works goes for a jog with Progress Running Club

As I’ve mentioned numerous times already, people don’t go for enough jogs anymore. It’s run this, run that. Running is the new jogging. I like the sound of the word ‘jog’ a lot more than run, too. Sort it out, fitness geeks!

Anyway, now I’ve dumped some irreverence and misanthropy on you, it’s time to tell you the real reason for the post. See, a couple of the UK clothing industry’s goodest of guys have linked arms and skipped off into a 5k together and the result is some very nice t-shirts.

In other words, Universal Works and Progress Running Club have united for a collaboration that showcases their commitment to quality, style, and community. The partnership has yielded a duo of tees that are on sale from today, which…. *checks calendar* is the 25th of July.

Progress Running Club is the brainchild of Mark Batista, who uses the brand to shine a light on an era when jogging was jogging, none of this ‘run’ stuff. The nostalgia of the 1980s is one element that fuels PRC, and the brand also dials into the whole era for simpler times. This no-nonsense approach tallies with Universal Works as a brand, who are celebrated by people like us for their reliable, top quality garms, built to last and look good at the same time.

Available from Progress Running Club and Universal Works now.
